AAI Funding

Funding from the Animal Agriculture Initiative (AAI) is available to Michigan State University and MSU Extension faculty and staff members through a competitive grants process to address challenges in the animal agriculture industry. Individual farmers may partner with MSU faculty to conduct research projects at their facilities.

Publicity Partnerships

Please contact Sara Long, the AAI communications manager, if you have story suggestions, project impacts or other ideas for promoting AAI at MSU.  If a past AAI project initiated further funding or seeded a major breakthrough, please allow us to partner with you to promote your work. Together, we can continue AAI’s legacy of funding advances in the animal agriculture industry and work to enhance our capacity in the future
