The Dairy Foods Complex houses the dairy chemistry, microbiology and rheology research laboratories as well as a food chemistry teaching laboratory. The AAI investment in approximately 14,000 square feet of assignable space upgraded the complex and its equipment to modern, state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities.
